My sweet niece recently had a baptism and I made some simple white cupcakes with white vanilla frosting and cream cheese frosting. I also made these cupcake toppers for a personal touch.

May Week 2 Topic: When I am baptized and confirmed, I am following Jesus’s example.
One of the greatest things I did with my kiddo before he was baptized was have Family Home Evenings about getting baptized. This helped prepare him and make it so he was better able to make the decision to be baptized. Here is the list of some of those Family Home Evenings:
May 2015 Scripture:“We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost” (Articles of Faith 1:4).

I love to make little favors to give out at my kiddos baptisms. Just a little thank you to family members for their love and support. This year I found these white paper baskets at the dollar store (in the baby shower/bridal section) and could not resist. I put some fun tissue paper in them and then filled them with candy. Lastly, I tied on the tag with some twine and it was ready to hand out. Free printable for the Thank You tags below.
