Fall Ministering Idea: "By Their Fruits Ye Shall Know Them" Tag with Apple Juice,

Each month, while on one of my grocery shopping trips, I have in mind, what I can give to my ministering sister and my hubby's ministering families. This month, I decided on Apple Juice. I just think it is very fitting for this fall season. One of my favorite things for Halloween is to have some hot apple cider with cinnamon sticks. My hubby's family does apple juice with dry ice creating a witches brew. So, I purchased the apple juice, now it was time to decide on a saying to go with it.

The scripture, "By their Fruits Ye Shall Know them" - Matthew 7:2, came to my mind. I knew that, that was what I wanted to do. I also wanted to bring it back to focusing on Christ!! So, I came up with the saying, "As we make Christ the center of our lives, our fruits will point others to Him." Is that not our goal!!! To center our lives on Christ and invite others to Him.

I printed the tags out onto cardstock, cut them out and punched a hole in the corner. Then, I tied them onto the apple juice with some jute. I felt like it needed a little something else. So, I used craft paper and wrapped it around the apple juice and secured it with tape. Then wrapped some jute around it. It could also be fun to add some cinnamon sticks. My craft paper measured 4in by 14 3/4in. I just measured with a sewing measuring tape and cut the craft paper to those dimensions.

At the bottom of the tag I left a spot where you could put who it is from, or a short little message.
