When I was trying to decide how I would choose scriptures, I decided that I would do the Book of Mormon Mastery Scriptures. I loved doing these as a youth and grew so much, I decided that it was about time I do them again. It's great because they are all chosen for me, they have "Context", "Doctrine or Principle" and "Application" to get me thinking. After ponderizing for 25 weeks I have finished the Book of Mormon Mastery Scriptures. I am now moving onto the New Testament Mastery Scriptures. Preparation:

Prayerfully study and think about what the specific needs of your primary are and how you can teach them this doctrine.

Prepare Fish game, pint fish out onto card stock and cut out. Place a paper clip at the mount of each fish. Make a fishing pole with a wooden dowel, attach a piece of jute at the end (tie it and hot glue it to the pole), long enough for the children to hold the pole and catch the fish. At the other end attach a clothes clip with a magnet on it.

Camille did the first little mini-devotional and I get to do the second one!

The scripture I have chosen to spotlight is Doctrine and Covenants 14:7. It was so hard to choose!! I have so many favorites, I chose this one, because I think it perfectly summarizes our Heavenly Father's plan. Why we are here, what we need to do and what can be the end result!
