"By divine design, fathers are to preside over their families in love and righteousness and are responsible to provide the necessities of life and protection for their families... In these sacred responsibilities, fathers and mothers are obligated to help one another as equal partners."

We can recognize the importance of fathers! We have a loving Father in Heaven who loves us perfectly! His work and His glory is to bring to pass our eternal life. He has sent us down to families, to people who can help us progress and learn and grow.

Fatherhood is such a sacred responsibility! To have the responsibility to preside over you family in love an righteousness, using our Heavenly Father as an example.

How grateful we are for fathers and ALL that they do each and every day!!

Very rarely do dad's just get a day to relax, there is usually a chore or two to do around the house! Give dad a gift basket with a book, like "The Good That Men Can Do"; There favorite treat; Some music; a movie; and a to do list coupon. Explained on the coupon is for one day, you will fulfill their daddy to do list. Have them write on there the items they need done & then get to work doing them, while your dad has a day of relaxation.
